► Cooling drafting device (New type)

1, use: the tow for cooling drafting

3. Equipment composition

• Including side blowing room, upper draft passage, lower draft passage, diffusion passage, etc. Tow cooling adopts double-sided symmetrical air blowing, the draft slit of the upper and lower draft air duct can be adjusted according to the process needs, and the adjustment system is driven by torque.

• The new up and down stretcher changes the characteristics of the traditional middle and up stretcher that can not be adjusted, so that the equipment is more adjustable to the air volume and slit width, to ensure that the customer's higher requirements for wire fineness. The height of the stretcher is extended, so that the non-woven fiber can be finer, so that the non-woven fabric is more uniform and the tension is stronger.


► Cooling drafting device (New type)

10. Spunbond and melt-blown common parts

► Metering and mixing device

1, Use: This device is mainly to polypropylene slicing, color masterbatch and anti-oxidation, anti-pilling, flame retardant and other additives according to the set ratio evenly mixed.

3. Equipment composition and description

• 4 storage bins with an effective volume of 1.5m3. The main material is stainless steel, with low material level alarm device.

• Mainly consists of a main material bucket, two auxiliary barrels and a mixing bucket, suction device, metal detector and other parts. Set high limit and low alarm device, feed automatic control. The proportioning screw motor is variable frequency speed regulation.


► Hot rolling mill

Note: 1. All filters, valves and instruments directly connected with Huiyu machines are provided by Huiyu;

2. This machine adopts Chinese motor, inverter adopts Siemens frequency conversion.

  

11. Project Construction period:

Delivery within 5 months after the first deposit is paid for six days.

  

12. Power Consumption (tons)

The average power consumption (ton) is about 1100-1400 degrees, which is related to the specifications of the products produced.

  

13. after-sales and service

1. Technical personnel training: Our company trains 2-4 technical personnel for customers free of charge, using on-site explanation and operation and theoretical analysis, training time of 30 days, if there is confusion, you can consult at any time.

2. If customers encounter problems or other problems that cannot be solved in the actual production process, the company will immediately provide relevant technologies or send personnel to solve them on the spot

3. The company will give a clear reply or arrange to send personnel within 24 hours to the various information feedbacks from customers.

  

14. Equipment installation

1. The seller is responsible. When the equipment is installed, the board and lodging expenses of the basic personnel (5-8 persons) assigned by the seller shall be borne by the buyer.

2. The above 3.2m SSMS non-woven fabric production line is configured as a turnkey project. The seller shall provide the parts required by the equipment in the installation process, and the buyer shall provide the tools and consumables in the installation and debugging process. When hoisting the equipment, such as the need to use the crane, forklift truck, this cost shall be borne by the buyer.

3. The installation and commissioning period is 180 days.

  

15. Equipment acceptance standards

According to the cloth samples provided as the standard, according to the industry implementation standards, respectively test 15g/m2, 40g/m2, 50g/m2 cloth samples, after acceptance by both parties until the handover.
