SMS high speed nonwoven fabric machine description details
This machine is suitable for the production of PP spunbond non-woven fabrics. It uses PP slices as raw material, and goes through extrusion, spinning, quenching, closed air flow stretching, web forming, calendering, winding, slitting and other processes as required. This equipment can be divided into 1.6 m width model and 2.4 m width model. Type, 3.2 m model. Non-woven production lines of different widths can be customized according to the different widths required by the products.

The waste recovery device researched by our company ensures a high conversion rate of materials and refuses waste. Every link is precisely controlled, reaching 99% of the conversion.

Spunbond nonwoven fabric application:
(1) Medical and health usage：operation suit、garment、face mask、diaper、sanitary napkin、disposable hygiene product etc；医疗、卫生用无纺布：手术衣、防护服、消毒包布、口罩、尿片、民用抹布、擦拭布、湿面巾、美容用品、卫生巾、卫生护垫及一次性卫生用布等
(2) Home decoration：shopping bag、wall covering fabric、table cloth、bed sheet、bedspread etc； 家庭装饰用无纺布：手提袋、贴墙布、台布、床单、床罩等
(3) Lining for clothes or shoes：lining、adhesive interlining、shoe lining etc； 服装、鞋用无纺布：衬里、粘合衬、絮片、鞋衬等
(4) Agricultural usage：Protection cover、nursery cover etc 农业用无纺布：作物保护布、育秧布等.
